But today, we’re giving it a fruity twist that’s made for warm-weather sipping: the Strawberry Lemon Drop.
Think of it as a grown-up strawberry lemonade—refreshing, vibrant, and delightfully easy to drink..
I’ve always loved how strawberries can naturally sweeten a cocktail without tipping it into overly sugary territory.
In this recipe, they do more than just sweeten—they balance out the zesty lemon, round out the sharp edges of the citrus, and add that ripe, summery note that makes you want another sip.
At the base of this cocktail is a mix of vodka and limoncello. The vodka keeps it clean and smooth, while the limoncello—a bright Italian lemon liqueur—adds richness, body, and just the right amount of sweetness.
