Who doesn’t love a delicious, rich cocktail that embodies the season of fall with its essence of pumpkin and cream! Well, that is exactly what the Pumpkin Cream Delight is. It can be enjoyed as an appetizer before your dinner, or even as an indulgent dessert with a bit of a boozy kick. There’s nothing like a cool evening, with leaves rustling outside, and sipping on something that you just can’t get yourself to put down.

Let’s get into exactly how to create this lovely concoction!

The base of this cocktail consists of both vodka and RumChata, which is a type of horchata liqueur. Think of it as a creamy, slightly spicy hug for your palate. It’s got a lovely cinnamon and vanilla vibe that’s just perfect for the fall season. And to accompany the lovely RumChata, we have the addition of white chocolate liqueur. This brings a touch of sweetness and a velvety texture to the mixture. Remember, this is a rich cocktail recipe!

Now, as this is a Pumpkin Cream Delight, it’s time we get into the pumpkin portion of the recipe. I decided to use both pumpkin puree and simple syrup. The puree adds body and a genuine pumpkin taste – it’s like scooping a bit of pumpkin pie filling into your glass. The syrup sweetens things up and further enhances that pumpkin flavor, which is essential for this cocktail!

As a finishing touch to the mixture, add in a classic cocktail ingredient: bitters. A few dashes of Angostura bitters might seem small, but they’re mighty. They bring in a depth of flavor, with hints of spices and herbs.
