If you ask anyone I know, they’ll tell you how much I love grapefruit, and I have to say, this recipe is by far the best grapefruit cocktail that I’ve tried.  I’ll be showing you how to make this delicious and refreshing Paloma cocktail, and as usual, it has a bit of a twist!

What differentiates this recipe from others is that instead of making this cocktail with grapefruit soda, I decided to include grapefruit sparkling water and a couple ounces of fresh grapefruit juice. (Trust me, once you try a Paloma like this, you’ll never go back to the other way!)

The Paloma is one of my favorite cocktails for many reasons. As a lover of both tequila and grapefruit, I am always excited to try mixing up a cocktail with these bold flavors. But what really makes the Paloma stand out is its rich history. Originally created in Jalisco, Mexico in the 1960s, this cocktail has become an iconic drink throughout the world.

With its bright color and refreshing flavor profile, it’s easy to see why so many people have fallen in love with this beloved cocktail. Whether you’re sitting on a beach in Mexico or relaxing at home, there’s no better way to enjoy the warm sun than with a classic Paloma cocktail in hand. Let me show you how to mix one up!
