Let’s be honest—cocktails that look like juice usually taste a little too innocent. But Miracle Juice? She’s got range.
Don’t let the bright color fool you—this tequila cocktail brings fresh, vibrant flavor with a spirited kick and a bold personality to match.
This is the drink you mix when you want to feel refreshed and a little rebellious. It’s packed with fresh, colorful juices—beetroot, carrot, apple, and lemon—and smoothed out with a splash of agave syrup.
But what really ties it all together is the base: Milagro Reposado Tequila. Its smooth, lightly oaked character adds just the right edge to what could otherwise be a straight-up juice cleanse.
It’s a bold, earthy, citrus-bright cocktail that hits you with flavor, not sugar—and definitely not boredom.
I first made this on a whim when I had leftover pressed juice in the fridge and needed a post-5pm excuse to mix something fun.
The moment that beet and tequila hit together? Game over. And yes, the name was born right then and there: Miracle Juice—because it somehow tastes fresh and fiery all at once.
Now, let’s talk juice.
If you’re up for it, I highly recommend juicing your own produce. It gives you full control over the freshness and balance of each sip.
But no shame in the shortcut game—store-bought cold-pressed juice works just fine. Just shake it well before mixing, and give it a little flair when you pour.
Step 1: Rim the top of your cocktail glass with salt, set aside.
Step 2: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, top with ice, and shake until chilled.
Step 3: Pour the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
Step 4: Garnish with lime and enjoy!
This cocktail is gorgeous—deep pink, sunshine bright, and totally Instagram-worthy. Serve it in a chilled rocks glass or coupe and garnish with a ribbon of carrot or a citrus twist.
People will ask you what it is. Let them guess.
Miracle Juice is your new not-so-guilty pleasure. A little earthy, a little citrusy, and a whole lot of “how is this even tequila?”
Agave Simple Syrup: 1 part agave nectar, 1 part hot water.
