Every now and then, you stumble upon a cocktail that surprises you in the best possible way. For me, that drink was the Marmalade Vodka Twist.
Sweet and tart with a hint of bitterness, this recipe is a fruity little gem that brings citrus to the spotlight—and doesn’t hold back.
To be honest, I was a little hesitant at first. Marmalade? In a cocktail? But once I shook it up and took that first sip, I knew I had a keeper.
At its heart, this cocktail is a celebration of citrus—visually and flavor-wise.
That sunny orange hue? It practically glows in the glass. It’s the kind of drink that catches the light and instantly draws attention, whether you’re serving it at golden hour or mixing up a round for brunch.

We start with Peach & Orange Blossom Vodka—I reached for one of my favorites from the Ketel One Botanicals line.
It’s smooth, light, and adds just the right touch of floral sweetness to bring depth to all the fruit-forward flavors in this cocktail.
To that, I added Campari—a go-to of mine when I want to add a bitter backbone and a pop of red-orange color.
Its herbal bitterness balances out the sweetness of the vodka beautifully, giving the cocktail a grown-up edge that keeps things from veering into overly sweet territory.
But the secret ingredient—and the one that makes this drink truly stand out—is orange marmalade.
Yes, marmalade. This bright, citrusy jam melts into the mix and adds both body and flavor.
It gives the drink a touch of thickness and a gentle sweetness that tastes like candied orange peel in cocktail form.
It’s not too sweet, and it doesn’t overpower—it just brings a subtle, jammy complexity that makes every sip a little more interesting.
Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled.
Step 2: Strain into chilled coupe glass.
Shake everything with ice, strain into your favorite cocktail glass, and garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel, a twist of zest, or whatever your heart desires!
