There are some cocktails that just feel like a time capsule—and the Grasshopper is one of them.

Equal parts retro charm and creamy indulgence, this minty green delight was a staple of mid-century supper clubs and still has a place on my bar cart today.

Why? Because it’s fun, flavorful, and seriously underrated.
