Winter is here, and we all know what that means… it’s time to try new seasonal cocktails and prepare for holiday gatherings! Today I’m sharing with you all one of my favorite creamy concoctions to get the party started. It’s called the Chocolate Pecan Cream Martini and I can guarantee it will please even the most discerning of palates.
Typically, I’m the type of gal who loves a good dirty martini or well-made Negroni. However, this dessert cocktail is seriously so delicious I could go back for seconds, and likely even thirds. That makes it a stand-out recipe in my book.
This perfectly sweet mixed drink is perfect for the chocolate lover in your life. It combines the flavors of chocolate, vodka, pecan syrup, and RumChata. I know, it’s hard to imagine all of that deliciousness in one glass!
I chose to garnish with a piece of my favorite chocolate as an extra treat for when I’m sipping on this holiday cocktail.
I’ve recently also been on a RumChata kick.. so naturally I had to use it in this recipe. It adds a beautiful creamy note that pairs exceptionally well with the dark chocolate and pecan flavors.
Step 1: Add all ingredients into a cocktail mixing glass.
Step 2: Top with ice and stir for 30 seconds.
Step 3: Strain into cocktail glass.
Step 3: Garnish with a chocolate and enjoy!
