INGREDIENTS
1 ripe kiwi, peeled and sliced
2 oz. White Rum
0.75 oz. Coconut Cream
0.75 oz. Lime Juice
0.5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur (like St-Germain)
METHOD
1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the kiwi slices
2. Add the white rum, coconut cream, fresh lime juice, and elderflower liqueur to the shaker.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and give it a good shake until all ingredients are combined and chilled
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass, ensuring that the kiwi pulp remains behind.

1 tsp Demerara Syrup
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

1. Add the rum, demerara syrup, allspice dram and both bitters into an Old Fashioned glass.
2. Then carefully place a large ice ball in your glass.
3. Stir until well-chilled and garnish with an orange peel laced with cherries.
